How much notice do you need before we are able to secure a bathroom from you?

Our bathrooms are very popular and because we have limited units we recommend you contact us as early as possible. A 20% deposit will secure your booking in advance.

I have been in port-a-loos which have an unpleasant odour, does this affect your bathrooms as well?

Our bathrooms are of a fresh flushing type which uses water for each flush and so has no odour. We pride ourselves on having our bathrooms hygienically clean and immaculate.

Bookings & Payment Methods?

ORIGINAL HIRE AGREEMENT

We currently accept Direct Deposit and Paypal.

As stated a 20% deposit is needed to secure your booking and full payment will be required 30 days before the event day.

A Hire Agreement will also be needed for the period of the booking, this will need to be signed and returned to info@luxuryportabletoilets.com.au. A co-signed copy will then be attached to your invoice.

Who provides the toilet paper?

We provide all the consumables, and we use soft high-quality loo paper.

When will the toilets arrive?

We will arrange a delivery time that is suitable with you and in plenty of time for your event.

What are your business hours?

We can arrange delivery 7 days a week – just contact us to arrange a time.

Do you offer longer term rentals?

We have pricing programs for daily, weekly, monthly, and annual rentals. Please call or email for availability.

What is included for the price?

Delivery and Removal, Toilet paper, hand soap, Paper Towel

What do I need to supply?

Nothing – Our Luxury Portable Toilets are fully self-contained – they do not need power, fresh water or an outlet for sewerage. Just some space of approximately 3 x 5 metres and you are good to go! (Pardon the pun!)

Will the toilets need to be serviced during my event?

This won’t normally be necessary – all our loos are supplied with sufficient consumables (soap, toilet paper, water etc.) for most types of event, and can service 80 people for 6-8 hours. However, if your event takes place over several days or you are hosting a very large number of guests, servicing on site may indeed be required. We can arrange this, but it will be discussed at the time of enquiry.

How are the toilets delivered on site?

The unit consists of two toilet cubicles that are mounted onto a trailer and towed on the back of our vehicle to your location.

When will you remove the units after the event?

This usually happens the day after your event has finished.
